This Indian Art Painting Book has been compiled by Roohi Juneja, an honours Deputy Keeper (Paintings) of the National Museum, New Delhi. The illustrations have graduate from Delhi University, and has been checked and approved by Sri O.P. Sharma. been done by R. S. Chitrak

In every region of India, under each dynasty or ruler, in the many stages of the country's long and varied history, the artists of India have produced paintings and sculpture to record the times, and the myths and legends of their cultures. Many styles of art, from many regions and from different ages are included in this book to illustrate an account of India's courtlife.
