The Surat Inner City Revitalization Plan is the product of a comprehensive and participatory planning exercise carried out by the Surat Municipal Corporation in collaboration with Environmental Planning Collaborative, Ahmedabad and Technical Support Services, USA. It is organized under fourteen components and consists of a package of 47 schematically defined, implementable projects.
