This work comprises six plays. The first among them is titled *Mare Te Shu Shikhavvu* (What Should I Teach?). This play explores the themes of truth and non-violence. When a teacher speaks of leaving his job, his wife asks for the reason; his response reveals his inner anguish. The teacher is grappling with a dilemma regarding what he should actually teach his students, and he finds the answer in truth and non-violence. Consequently, he resolves to teach truth and non-violence from then on.The second play is *Ekalavya*, which tells the story of Ekalavya. This narrative is presented here to teach resistance against casteism and respect for the universal brotherhood of humanity. The third play is *Janeta no Pukar* (The Mother's Plea), which focuses on the anguish of Mother Kunti; it depicts her persistent yet unsuccessful efforts to avert the war.The fourth play is *Sangharshan*, which covers the story from Siddhartha's birth to his renunciation of worldly life. The fifth play is *Ashokstambh*, which depicts Emperor Ashoka's journey from a violent nature to the path of non-violence.

આ કૃતિમાં છ નાટકો લખવામાં આવ્યા છે. જેમથી પહેલું નાટક છે મારે તે શું શીખવવું. આ નાટકમાં સત્ય અને અહિંસાની વાત કરવામાં આવી છે. એક શિક્ષક શાળા છોડવાની વાત કરે છે ત્યારે તેની પત્ની કારણ પૂછે છે જેના જવાબમાં શિક્ષકનો સંતાપ દર્શાવવામાં આવ્યો છે. શિક્ષક એ વાતે મુંજવણમાં છે કે તેમણે વિદ્યાર્થીઓને શીખવવું શું ?જેનો જવાબ તેમણે મળે છે સત્ય અને અહિંસા. અને તે નક્કી કરે છે કે તે હવેથી સત્ય અને અહિંસા શીખવશે. બીજું નાટક છે એકલવ્ય. જેમાં એકલાવયની વાત કરવામાં આવી છે. જાતિવાદનો પ્રતિકાર અને સમાન માનવ બંધુભાવનો આદર શીખવવા માટે જ આ હકીકત અહી રજૂ કરવામાં આવી છે. ત્રીજું નાટક છે જનેતાનો પુકાર . જેમાં માતા કુંતાના વિષાદની વાત છે. જેમાં માતા કુંતીના યુદ્ધ રોકવાના સતત પ્રયત્નો અને તેમાં નિષ્ફળતા દર્શાવવામાં આવી છે. ચોથું નાટક છે સંઘરશણ. જેમાં સિદ્ધાર્થના જન્મથી લઈને તેના સંસારને ત્યજવા સુધીની કથા આવરી લેવામાં આવી છે. પાંચમું નાટક છે અશોકસ્તંભ. જેમાં સમ્રાટ અશોકની હિંસક વૃતિથી લઈને અહિંસક બનવા સુધીની સફરને આવરી લેવામાં આવી છે.છઠ્ઠું નાટક છે માનવીનું મૂલ્ય . જેમાં છૂત અછૂત ની કરૂણ વાર્તા આલેખવામાં આવી છે.
