"Sidi" (The Ladder) is a symbolic and thought-provoking play that explores human ambition, power, and the desire for success. The ladder (sidi) in the play serves as a metaphor for the steps people climb to achieve higher positions in society.

આ નાટક મૂળતઃ એક એવા તબીબની વાર્તા છે જે મનોરોગીઓના ઈલાજ કરતા કરતા પોતે જ મનોરોગમાં સપઙાય છે પત્નીના અવસાન પછી તેની નાની બહેન સાથે લગ્ન કરે છે તો પણ તેમાં તેને પત્નીનું પ્રતિબિંબ દેખાયા કરે છે અને તેનું વર્તન દિવસે દિવસે અજીબોગરીબ થતું જાય છે. અંધારાથી ઙરે અને ખાસતો વળાંકવાળી સીઙીથી ખૂબ ગભરાતા વ્યક્તિની વાત અહીઁ આલેખાઈ છે.
