"Sursinhji Rathod and Sati Rajba" is a historical-biographical play based on the life of the famous Gujarati poet-prince Sursinhji Takhtasinhji Gohil, popularly known as Kalapi, and his wife Rajba. Kalapi was the ruler of Lathi and one of the most celebrated romantic poets in Gujarati literature.
The play portrays royal life, love, duty, sacrifice, and emotional conflicts. Sursinhji is shown as a sensitive poet and ruler, while Rajba represents loyalty, patience, and devotion.
Rajba remains dedicated to her husband despite personal struggles and emotional hardships. Through her character, the play highlights the virtues of sacrifice, endurance, and marital commitment. The drama combines historical events with deep human emotions, making it both inspiring and touching.

"સુરસિંહજી રાઠોડ અને સતી રાજબા" એક ઐતિહાસિક-જીવનચરિત્રાત્મક નાટક છે, જે પ્રખ્યાત ગુજરાતી કવિ અને લાઠીના રાજવી Sursinhji Takhtasinhji Gohil (કલાપી) અને તેમની પત્ની Rajba ના જીવનપ્રસંગો પર આધારિત છે. કલાપીનું મૂળ નામ સુરસિંહજી ગોહિલ હતું અને તેઓ ગુજરાતી સાહિત્યના અતિ લોકપ્રિય રોમેન્ટિક કવિઓમાંના એક હતા.
નાટકમાં રાજવી જીવન, પ્રેમ, કર્તવ્ય, ત્યાગ અને માનવીય લાગણીઓનું ચિત્રણ કરવામાં આવ્યું છે. સુરસિંહજી એક સંવેદનશીલ કવિ અને રાજવી તરીકે દર્શાવવામાં આવ્યા છે, જ્યારે રાજબા એક આદર્શ, પતિનિષ્ઠ અને સહનશીલ સ્ત્રી તરીકે રજૂ થાય છે.
