Description

The following study hereby approves as a creditable work on the approved subject, carried out and presented in a manner sufficiently satisfactory to warrant its acceptance as a pre-requisite to the diploma for which it has been submitted.

It is to be understood that by this approval the undersigned does not necessarily endorse or approve any statement made, opinion expressed or conclusion drawn there-in, but approves the study only for the purpose for which it has been submitted and satisfies the requirements laid down by the thesis committee.
