Written by Chandravadan Mehta, this traditional Bhavai folk script titled "Amba Bhavani no Vesh" (or "Londha Mama no Vesh") begins with a ritualistic invocation featuring the sounding of the Bhungal trumpet, prayers to Lord Ganesha, and worship of Goddess Amba Bhavani. Through witty dialogues, riddles, dance, and humor between the stock characters Ranglo and Nati, the script showcases various theatrical emotions (Navrasas). The central narrative revolves around finding suitable grooms for two young unwed girls, Amba and Bhavani. Their cunning maternal uncle, 'Londha Mama', poses a major obstacle in arranging their marriages. Ultimately, Ranglo and Nati cleverly overcome the uncle's hurdles and schemes to pave the way for a successful marriage ceremony.

ચંદ્રવદન મહેતા લિખિત આ ભવાઈ વેશની શરૂઆત પ્રંપરાગત મંગલાચરણ, ભુંગળના નાદ, ગણેશ સ્તુતિ અને અંબા ભવાની માતાની આરાધનાથી થાય છે. રંગલો અને નટી પોતાના સંવાદો, ઉખાણાં, હાસ્ય અને નૃત્ય દ્વારા રૌદ્ર, અદભુત અને કરુણ જેવા વિવિધ નવરસોનું પ્રદર્શન કરે છે. નાટકની મુખ્ય વાર્તા અંબા અને ભવાની નામની બે સુંદર અને કુંવારી કન્યાઓના લગ્ન ગોઠવવાના પ્રયાસોની આસપાસ ફરે છે. આ કાર્યમાં તેમનો શઠ અને કટુ સ્વભાવ ધરાવતો 'લોંઢા મામા' (અથવા કપ્ટી મામા) એક મુખ્ય વિઘ્નરૂપ બને છે. અંતે, રંગલો અને નટી યુક્તિપૂર્વક મામાના વિઘ્નો અને ચાલબાજીને પાર પાડીને અંબા-ભવાનીના લગ્ન સુખદ રીતે સંપન્ન કરાવવાની તૈયારીઓ આલેખે છે.
