The play series "Dhanji Makanji Malaji" (Parts 7–10), written by Natubhai Patel, presents a vivid depiction of rural reform, social justice, and community development through the lives of village characters like Dhanji, Madanji, Ruddi, Bhikho, and Shanti. The narrative begins with the villagers learning about government assistance schemes, low-interest DIR loans, and land rights for landless farmers, highlighting both the hope and bureaucratic challenges of rural upliftment. The plot then shifts to a village panchayat dispute involving the formal separation (Faragati) of Bhikho and Shanti, where elders debate rigid caste norms, unfair compensation demands, and regressive traditions; however, inspired by their love, Bhikho takes a bold stand alongside local youth to reject outdated practices and caste boycotts. Finally, the story moves toward empowerment as Madanji initiates an informal adult and child education center (Mari Shala), overcoming initial skepticism from characters like Gulab and Ruddi to demonstrate how literacy and community schooling pave the way for a brighter future for the village.

નટુભાઈ પટેલ લિખિત નાટક શ્રેણી "ધનજી મકનજી માલજી" (ભાગ ૭ થી ૧૦) માં ગ્રામીણ સુધારણા, સામાજિક ન્યાય અને સમુદાયના વિકાસનું સુંદર આલેખન કરવામાં આવ્યું છે. વાર્તાની શરૂઆતમાં ગામલોકોને સરકારી સહાય યોજનાઓ, ડી.આઈ.આર.
